Blackbird Publishing is dedicated to providing books, seminars, and workshops on practical tools and techniques to improve personal and group performance.

We believe that we offer a unique service. All of our books are comprehensive guides to pragmatic tools and techniques. In addition, all of our publications are (and will be in the future) supported by seminars and practical, hands-on workshops that provide work-related practice in using the tools and techniques presented in our books.

Our authors are working professionals with years of direct, pragmatic experience in the topics they write about. Their books are loaded with utilitarian, easy-to-apply tools and techniques that can be used as-is or adapted to fit the need of a specific situation. The philosophical is kept to a minimum and the practical is raised to a maximum. Theory is all well and good but most of us live and work in the real world, not the theoretical. We need things that work. That's what Blackbird Publishing is here to provide.
